Replacement Eligibility

• The issue is reported within 72 hours of delivery

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim any replacement, customers must provide:

• A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video
• Clearly showing the package condition and product issue

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Replacement Conditions

Replacement requests may not be accepted in cases involving:

• Physical damage caused after delivery
• Improper handling or misuse
• Missing accessories or packaging after use
• Claims made after 72 hours of delivery

Approval Process

Once the issue is verified by our team, eligible products may be replaced accordingly.
